This is an easy recipe to make soft, moist, speckled banana cake topped with sweet caramelized bananas. Banana Upside down cake will be ready under 1 hour. You can use up the overripe bananas also and it will add natural sweetness to the cake. The ingredients are given below Topping Ripe Bananas- 2 Melted Butter- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar- 3/4 Cup Vanilla Extract-1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder-1/2 Teaspoon Cake Oil-1/2 Cup Sugar- 1/2 Cup Egg-1 Yogurt (Not too Cold, kept outside fridge for at least 30 minutes)- 1 Cup Overripe Bananas Mashed well- 2 Flour-11/2 Cups Baking Soda-1 Teaspoon Salt-1/2 Teaspoon This cake tastes better when warm, so eat warm with a scoop Vanilla Ice cream. So left overs also warm it up and Enjoy. YUM!!!
